Teaching Philosophy
I believe that learning needs to be a collaborative partnership between the instructor and students. The instructors role is to lay the foundation for which learning can build from. I believe the instructor needs to take into consideration differences in learning styles and allow for multiple means of representation of understanding of content. I believe instruction should consist of both directed and self-guided activities and the instructor should be responsive to student needs and learning objectives.
